The main factors that affect the quality of products using the automatic weighing system in VC pharmaceutical factory were analyzed, and the working principle of the automatic weighing system was simply introduced. Through the analysis and research on five factors of human, machine, material, method and ring, the key factors affecting the quality of the product were finally found; according to the structure and working principle of the automatic weighing system, the technological transformation of the equipment was carried out, and which effectiveness and the advancement were verified through experiments, the product quality and the customer satisfaction are improved.
