Complex geological structure area in fully mechanized working face seriously affects safe mining and economic benefits, especially the fault with large fall. According to this problem, based on damage situation of coal rock fault nearby, fully mechanized working face rapidly crossing complex geological structure area was analyzed and studied, Nanyangpo fully mechanized working face was taken as example, the key technology was analyzed by various and specific technical measures, the problems needs to be solves in the process was put forward, which provided reference for fully mechanized working face rapidly crossing complex geological structure area, with significant value of similar tectonic coal seam mining.
