Synthesis Research on Antiallergic Active Aromaticity β-Carboline-type Compounds

Four kinds of aromatic β-carboline-type compounds with satisfactory biological activity were synthesized by using inexpensive tryptophan, lactic acid, glyceric acid and its derivatives as the raw materials via four key reactions. And on the basis, the synthesis study of establishing the alkaloid framework of the β-carboline-type with chiral center or high activity functional groups was carried out. The target products and the structures of the intermediates were both confirmed by mass spectrum and nuclear magnetic resonance spectrum. The synthesis method has features of wild material sources, simple technology, good economic and social benefit.
