磺酰脲类除草剂咪唑磺隆及其衍生物的合成

Synthesis of Sulfonylurea Herbicides Imazosulfuron and Its Derivatives

摘要 以2-氨基吡啶和氯磺酸为原料,首先经氯磺化和氨解反应合成了中间体2-氯咪唑并[1,2-a]吡啶-3-磺酰胺,接着采用胍与β-二羰基化合物缩合合成了5种4,6-位取代和4,5,6-位取代的2-氨基嘧啶化合物,然后磺酰胺与氯甲酸苯酯反应生成磺酰基氨基甲酸苯酯,最后再与2-氨基嘧啶化合物发生加成反应来制备咪唑磺隆及其衍生物(化合物1-5)。采用熔点测定、FTIR、MS和1H NMR等手段分析和确认目标产物的结构。

Abstract :Taking 2-aminopyridine and chlorosulfonic acid as raw material, the intermediate 2-chloroimidazo[1,2-a]pyridine-3-sulfonamide was first synthesized through the reaction of chlorosulfonation and ammonolysis. Then, five kinds of 4,6-substituted and 4,5,6-substituted 2-aminopyrimidine compounds were synthesized through condensation reaction of carbamidine and β-dicarbonyl compounds. Next, sulfonyl carbamic acid benzyl ester was obtained through the reaction of sulfonamide and phenyl chloroformate. At last, through addition reaction of the resulting compound with 2-amino pyrimidine compounds imazosulfuron and its derivates ( compounds 1-5 ) were obtained. The structure of the target products were analyzed and affirmed by melting point, Fourier transform infrared spectra, mass spectra, hydrogen spectra of nuclear magnetic resonance and other methods.
