At present, five million tons of wastewater is discharged in the production process of avermectin every year in China, causing serious environmental pollution,so the study of biological reutilization of avermectin fermentation wastewater has great significance. The avermectin wastewater was used as a raw material and fermented by yeast to form a liqued production medium used in the avermectin fermentation instead of the tap water, which B1 potency increased by more than 3%.The research provided theoretical basis for cyclic utilization of avermectin waste water thereby solving environmental pollution and resource waste.
