Aiming at the problems of low degree of automation, frequent occurrence of belt, loose roll and uneven edge of traditional tape winding device, the automatic tape winding technology is studied, and an automatic correction and winding device of wire rope core conveyor belt which can realize automatic control of tape winding process is designed. Based on the principle of transverse tension control in the winding process of conveyor belt, a double roller automatic correction mechanism is designed. At the same time, the constant tension control strategy of conveyor belt winding is studied. In the process of winding, the conveyor belt can be driven back to normal by transverse tension difference, and the fluctuation of winding tension of conveyor belt can be suppressed to eliminate the winding deviation of conveyor belt. The experimental test shows that the device can automatically complete the smooth winding and automatic correction of the conveyor belt, and the edge is neat and the winding effect is good, which has good engineering application value.
