In this paper, a self-provided emergency power supply scheme is designed for Lunan District of Shanxi Xinjing Coal Industry Co., Ltd. Based on the current situation of mine power supply system and emergency load demand, the large capacity static energy storage device of sodium ion battery is selected as the self-provided emergency power supply. The scheme calculates the emergency power supply capacity in detail, configures the boost integrated unit and the sodium ion battery system, and plans the layout position and operation process. The practice shows that the self-provided emergency power supply designed this time has a good operation effect, which ensures the normal operation of the main equipment when the double-circuit power outage occurs in Xinjing Mine, and improves the emergency power supply capacity of the mine.
