Abstract: The control of underground equipment used in Tangshan Mining Branch of Kailuan is basically hand handles and buttons. Each equipment needs full-time personnel to operate on site. Equipment maintenance basically relies on the maintenance personnel to listen, touch, row or directly replace the damaged parts, which takes up a lot of manpower and material resources. In view of this situation, taking No.0291 fully mechanized caving face in Tangshan Mine as an example, the control system of automatic fully mechanized mining face is implemented. After the application of equipment automation visualization technology, the local, centralized and remote three-level network management and control technology of equipment in No.0291 fully mechanized caving face is realized, and the automatic control and automatic inspection of equipment, pumping station and main equipment of peripheral transportation system in No.0291 fully mechanized caving face are realized. The functions of controllability, visibility and communication are realized, and the purpose of reducing people and improving efficiency is achieved. The application effect is good.
