Abstract: In view of the fact that the conversion of cyclohexene and the selectivity of cyclohexanol in the actual production of the cyclohexene hydration reaction to cyclohexanol in the continuous hydration reactor with two tanks in series were lower than the design values, the reaction temperature was investigated,catalyst concentration, stirrer speed and catalyst interface on the hydration reaction of cyclohexene. The results show that the optimal conditions for the hydration reaction of cyclohexene are the reaction temperature of 130 ℃, the catalyst concentration of 30%, the stirrer speed of 40 r/min, and the catalyst interface of 10%. The phenomenon of catalyst loss can be effectively controlled by controlling the interface of the catalyst.
