Abstract：In order to solve the problems of low mechanization, high labor intensity, low tunneling efficiency and poor working environment in construction, EQS3000 full section shield machine was purchased and tested in No.1 Coal Mine of Huayang Group to construct high standard intelligent working face. Practice shows that the use of shield machine improves the mechanization and intelligence of working face, improves production efficiency, realizes continuous parallel operation, improves working environment, designs underground filling technology, creates considerable economic benefits, and provides experience for green mine construction.
