Abstract： Based on the analysis of the problems of the existing comprehensive mining equipment monitoring system, a study on the remote monitoring system of the operating status of comprehensive mining equipment was carried out with Siemens PLC controller as the core. The practical application of the monitoring system showed that the monitoring system worked well and achieved real-time monitoring, status display and abnormal alarm of current, voltage and operation status of the header mining equipment in a stable and efficient way, which achieved the expected effect.
