Hongqinghe Mine is a large mine in Xinjie mining area of Dongsheng coal field, with a design capacity of 15 million t/a. In order to further expand the capacity and maximize the economic benefits of the mine, four options for capacity expansion were proposed based on the analysis of the resource reserves and production system capacity of the mine, and through analysis and comparison, it was concluded that the best option for capacity expansion was to build a new mine, and the implementation plan for building a new mine was given. The conclusion was that capacity expansion by constructing a new mine was the best option through analysis and comparison, with the implementation plan.
