In view of the characteristics of dust generation in the mining face of Nancha Mine, dust management was divided into equipment dust-generating area and working dust-generating area for separate management, technical transformation of the original dust control program, dust cover, dust collector and vortex integrated dust control technology was proposed, and relevant dust control technical parameters and supporting facilities were studied, and finally field tests were conducted on the transformed program. The results showed that the dust control efficiency of the tunneling face was up to 98%, which minimized the dust hazard at the mining face, with certain engineering application value.
