Combined with the example of replacement of bearing bush in Yunding Mine, the replacement plan of bearing bush was given, which could save a lot of working time. At the same time, the main factors of bearing damage were analyzed, and the lubrication of bearing bush, the material performance of bearing bush and the prevention of shearing of bearing bolts were given. The measures could greatly extend the service life of the bearing bush.
