Mine reducer is mainly used in coal mine conveyors, while mining equipment mostly carries load overload operation. The high-speed shaft of mine reducer is subjected to large axial force, which is easy to cause bearing running circle, especially the bearing outer ring running, the box body is seriously worn, and the amount of repair welding is large. From the aspects of environmental protection and repair cost, it was not suitable to re-machine the bearing hole after repair welding, so a new solution was proposed, that was, the method of supporting the outer ring of the bearing with the support ring sdving bearing outer ring problem. Through the research of the repair of the 26J reducer high-speed shaft bearing hole, the repair principle of the bearing outer ring was analyzed and the repair problem of the mining outer ring of the mine reducer was solved.
