Under the influence of mining, the roof deformation rate was too large, and the top roof and anchor bolt cable failure happened locally. Through the monitoring of surrounding rock deformation, the surrounding rock deformation law was studied. Through the theoretical analysis and numerical calculation to determine the reasonable pressure position, and optimize the control measures of the surrounding rock of the retracement roadway, the deformation of the surrounding rock was finally effectively controlled, which provided safe and efficient retracement of the working face.
