In view of the low level of automation control of coal mining machine in Xilan coal-fired Malan Mine, the analysis and research of coal mining machine cutting in fully mechanized mining face was conducted, and the logic control technology was adopted to realize automatic positioning, cutting memory, adjust the shearing speed of the shearer and drum. Practice showed that the internet of things automation control technology reduced the failure rate of the shearer and improved the mine production efficiency.
