In order to study stress distribution law in surrounding rock in in surrounding rock in 1502 working face of Zhuangzihe Mine, FLAC3D was adopted to analyze stress distribution of surrounding by numerical simulation. numerical simulation model of 15002 working face trend and dip was set up. Stress distribution of surrounding rock in two lanes of working face, surrounding rock stress distribution and stress distribution at 100 m mining were analyzed, the result showed that in shallow buried depth, with easy support and surrounding rock control, roadway deformation got good control under anchor bolt support, bolt group formed the composite arch to support the surrounding rock. The simulation result showed that the initial roof caving step was about 10 m of direct roof, the roof weighting step of old roof was 20~30 m and periodic weighting step about 20 m, the affected mining scope in front of working face was about 15~20m, advanced pressure peaked at 4~6 m ahead, advanced support was 15~20 m.
