Application of underground high pressure water leakage drilling hole plugging technology in Longquan Coal Mine

During the control of water outburst from the floor of No.4031 Face in Longquan Coal Mine, the constructed 2-0 exploration and control drilling hole was connected with the shallow aquifer during the grouting period, and a large area of floor heave occurred. In order to eliminate the hidden danger, the grouting borehole needed to be controlled. However, due to the large water output and high water pressure of the borehole, the conventional water stopper method could not be constructed. In view of this problem, according to the actual situation of the hole, this paper proposed a method of hole wall drainage grouting to complete the plugging of the water leakage drilling hole, and carried out high pressure grouting in the hole, which finally eliminated the threat of water disaster in the working face. This study provided technical experience for the plugging of similar high pressure water leakage drilling holes in the underground.
