In order to solve the problems of low automation level and dependence on manual operation and inspection of the main drainage system in Chensilou Coal Mine, through the optimization and transformation of the drainage control system, the functions of PLC control, energy consumption analysis and intelligent sorting and starting pump are integrated to realize the real-time monitoring and regulation of pump operation parameters and reduce the power consumption of mine drainage. At the same time, the innovative application of AI inspection robot, through the Modbus-TCP protocol and the centralized control system linkage, to achieve the pump start and stop follow-up monitoring ; the wireless temperature and vibration monitoring system is deployed to collect the bearing temperature and vibration data in real time, and to warn the equipment failure in advance. The application results show that the system safety and management efficiency have been significantly improved, and the formed ' intelligent inspection + remote control + autonomous follow-up ' trinity intelligent drainage system provides a scalable technical solution for the safe and efficient operation of the main drainage system in coal mines.
