Based on the problems of small single slurry volume, easy blockage of vortex pump during ash feeding, large noise of equipment operation and inaccurate measurement in the traditional slurry machine used in coal mine water prevention and control grouting project, the working principle and structural form of the slurry machine are analyzed and studied respectively, and the five aspects of mixing mode, overall structure, ash feeding mode, water feeding mode and electrical control are emphatically improved. The structure of the newly designed coal mine water prevention and control pulping machine is more reasonable and compact, which solves the problems existing in the traditional pulping machine, improves the pulping efficiency, reduces the production cost, reduces the manual operation and environmental pollution, and provides a reference value for the further upgrading and innovation of the pulping machine.
