Aiming at the problem of collision and drop of mine endless rope tractor, a new type of vibration-absorbing collision device is designed. The detailed structure of the vibration-absorbing collision is designed based on Solidworks software. The stress distribution and deformation displacement of the key components of the collision baffle and the self-locking pin shaft at 100 kN are analyzed in the Solidworks / Simulation module to ensure the safety of the vibration-absorbing collision in the collision. The field application practice has proved that the design of the new vibration-absorbing collision of the mine tractor effectively reduces the accident rate of the tractor falling off the road, and provides a strong guarantee for the safe transportation of the endless rope tractor in the coal mine.
