Abstract:Aiming at the problem that it is difficult to control the roof instability of the empty roadway in the upper coal seam of the shallow fully mechanized mining face, No. 20112 fully mechanized mining face of Longhua Coal Mine was taken as the research background, the filling scheme and prevention method of the empty roadway in the upper coal seam of the working face were studied by theoretical analysis and field test. The results showed that : the upper coal seam empty inclined roadway was reinforced and supported, so that the combined support body formed by the return air empty inclined roadway with the bolt, anchor cable and strong pier after the pre-grouting of high-water quick-setting material could effectively control the deformation of the roof and floor strata of the upper coal seam empty inclined roadway during the mining process, ensured the stability of the surrounding rock of the hollow inclined roadway during the mining process, and realized the safe and smooth passage of the working face through the upper coal seam empty inclined roadway. This study provided a reference for mining under similar conditions.
