Abstract:In order to solve the problems of loose shell, uneven thickness and uneven distribution of elements of WC-12Ni@Ni-MoS2 self-lubricating core-shell structure composite powder, the effects of powder solid content, surfactant type, stirring method and powder particle size on the composite powder in the preparation process of electroless plating were studied. The results showed that HPB cationic surfactant and 7.5 g/L MoS2 self-lubricating powder were added under the condition that the particle size distribution of the powder to be plated was uniform and the range was small at 75 g/L WC-12Ni. The WC-12Ni@Ni-MoS2 core-shell composite powder shell prepared by NiCl2·6H2O as the main salt, DMAB as reducing agent was continuously and quantitatively added, mechanical stirring at 1 200 r/min and electroless plating at 85°C for 20 min was dense, uniform thickness, uniform element distribution, and high test repeatability.
