Abstract: Zhuanlongwan Mine is located in the northeastern margin of the Ordos Basin. The main mineable coal seam is the No.II-3 coal seam of the middle and lower Jurassic. According to the mining and excavation of coal seam and exposure of drilling hole, it is found that there are ancient river erosion zones in the mine field. In this paper, the geological model of coal seam erosion was established by using the full wave field seismic simulation software. The response characteristics of the weakening or interruption of the event amplitude in the time section were summarized through analysis. Combined with the engineering example of the western exploration area of Zhuanlongwan Mine Field, the erosion zone in the area was explained, which was in good agreement with the actual expose of the mine, and provided a guarantee for the safe and efficient production of coal mines.
