Abstract: In order to ensure the effect of gas extraction in coal mining face, aiming at the problems of high gas and difficult control in the goaf of Wajinwan Coal Mine, a high-level borehole gas extraction technology is proposed and implemented. According to the subsidence characteristics of overlying strata in goaf of working face, the layout position of high-level drilling field is studied, and the technical parameters of high-level drilling construction are calculated and determined. Through the technical test of high-level borehole gas extraction in 8107 working face, and compared with the gas extraction effect of high-level roof drainage roadway, the results show that the gas concentration, pure amount and effective extraction time of high-level borehole extraction are higher than those of high-level roadway extraction.
