Abstract:Through the analysis of the complex topography, geological conditions, external influencing factors and deformation mechanism of the Laoyingshan side slope in Jichangping Village, Panjiazhuang Town, Xingren City, Guizhou Province, it was clear that the side slope formed a potential super-large traction landslide under the influence of coal seam mining in the lower part of the mountain and the external dynamic conditions of long-term rainfall, The side slope was currently in the ' ladder ' creep cracking to shear deformation stage to the sliding surface penetration stage, which was in an unstable-basic stable state. Under abnormal conditions such as heavy rain, it was possible to form a large area of overall decline. In view of this situation, two kinds of prevention and control countermeasures were put forward, namely, ' monitoring and forecasting + relocation and avoidance ' non-engineering measures and ' eliminating side and reducing load + intercepting drainage ditch and drainage corridor ' engineering measures.
