Abstract: The buried depth of No. C2316 Face in Anju Mine reaches 956 m, and its roof is mainly composed of medium sandstone and fine sandstone with high hardness. At the same time, affected by high ground stress and strong mining, working face and mining roadway are easy to induce rock burst. Therefore, in order to determine the inducing factors of rock burst and the characteristics of mine pressure behavior in the working face, the law of overburden movement and mine pressure behavior in the process of working face advancing was studied by theoretical analysis and numerical simulation. The results showed that the main factors inducing rock burst were buried depth of coal seam, occurrence characteristics of coal seam and key strata of working face roof. According to the results of FLAC3 D numerical simulation, the weighting step of the main roof was 24 m, the caving range was about 14 m, and the advance abutment pressure reached 45.03 MPa. The main roof was pressed for the first time, and the vertical stress concentration appeard in front of the working face, which was easy to induce the danger of rock burst.
