A calculation formula for horizontal coverage times of three-dimensional observation system

In this paper, a formula for calculating the horizontal covering times in a three-dimensional observation system was derived, and the corresponding relationship between the relevant parameters in the observation system and the horizontal covering times was expounded. The derived formula was verified by two observation systems of 12-line 6-shot and 10-line 8-shot, and was verified by the comprehensive plane diagram method.
