Abstract:In order to reduce the influence error of different desorption methods on the calculation of gas loss caused by the direct determination of coal seam gas content underground, the gas desorption speed tester was used to determine the gas desorption speed and the calculation accuracy of gas loss of the same coal sample and different desorption methods. The test found that when the exposure time of coal samples was the same, the gas desorption rate was much higher in the way of closing the valve and tightening the coal sample tank directly, and the gas desorption rate was much higher in the way of closing the valve and tightening the coal sample tank, and then opening the valve to release the gas. The gas loss of the desorption mode of the coal sample tank after opening the valve is greater than that of the direct desorption of the coal sample tank after closing the valve, and the desorption mode after closing the valve to tighten the coal sample tank and opening the valve.
