Dongpang Mine with coal and gas outburst, and the cut eye of 21218 working face was located in the coal and gas outburst danger zone, and the anti-surge measures were carried out by adopting the regional pre-pumping coal seam gas in the section by directional drilling technology. The cut eye section of 21218 track roadway was mined, without coal wall dropping and rib spalling, which provided technical guarantee for the safe mining.
