The research analysis and design implementation of the intrinsically safe motor hardware circuit of the mining gimbal camera was carried out, through the calculation and analysis of the drive circuit, protection circuit and inductor circuit energy control of the stepper motor drive control system of this camera, the drive circuit board and protection circuit board were designed, the test results showed that the energy release time was basically consistent with the actual test energy release time, while the protection circuit can completely release the energy stored in the inductor to complete, which can effectively protect the drive system from being destroyed by the energy stored in the stepper motor in the event of a break.
