己内酰胺工艺进展

摘要

己内酰胺是一种重要的有机化工原料，主要用来生产尼龙6纤维或工程塑料，在化工行业中利润较高，一直是化工投资的热点。比较了生产己内酰胺主要的工艺路线的优缺点，重点研究新工艺的工艺流程与优势，明确了中石化的氨肟化法有工艺流程短、反应温和，催化剂活性好，产品质量好等优点，在国内己内酰胺行业中具有较明显的技术优势，是新上己内酰胺项目的工艺技术首选；结合己内酰胺市场价格走势等信息，简单分析了己内酰胺未来的市场前景。

Abstract：

Caprolactam is an important organic chemical raw material, which is mainly used to produce nylon 6 fiber or engineering plastics. The product has a high profit in the chemical industry and has been a hot spot of chemical investment. The advantages and disadvantages of several main process routes were compared, the emphasis was on the technological process and advantage of new technology.Because the ammonia oximation methodof Sinopec has shorter process, mild reaction, good catalytic activity, good product quality advantages, it has obvious technical advantage in the domestic caprolactam industry, and is the very first choice for new project of this product. The market prospect of caprolactam was simply analyzed, combined with caprolactam price trend and related information.
