Based on SQ - 120/132 p endless rope winch wire rope tension, winch rope relaxation, etc., through the analysis of phase structure of winch and production in coal mine geological conditions, the improvement measures such as increasing the weight of winch and setting the new rail were conducted. Through the test, the technology  solved the off road, wire rope friction and lack of traction under the complex condition.
