The raw material of the calcium chloride(CaCl2) production system of calcium industry company is changed from the original brine(beach drying solution of alkali residue supernatant) to the high concentration calcium solution of new Sahi process supplied by a soda ash company. Although it can save a lot of steam consumption because of its two advantages of high temperature and high concentration, its high alkalinity will directly affect the quality of the final product. Through the experimental analysis of different alkalinity of the incoming liquid, the different alkalinity of the output liquid was controlled, and when the alkalinity of the output liquid was controlled between 0.012 5 — 0.015 mol/L, the high—quality products could be produced.
