Application of total synthetic anhydrous fire resistant hydraulic fluid in tensioning device

Total synthetic anhydrous fire resistant hydraulic fluid is a new type of safe and environmental protection oil. The application test of total synthetic anhydrous fire resistant hydraulic fluid in hydraulic tension device was carried out in this study. The operating temperature, pressure, vibration and leakage of sealing place of the equipment were observed and recorded, and compared with the original mineral oil type hydraulic fluid equipment in coal mine. To evaluate whether or not total synthetic anhydrous fire resistant hydraulic fluid can replace mineral oil hydraulic fluid.
