In view of the status that the charging car of coke-oven can't work and the production is affected when the spiral-charging converter for charging car broke down, making use of the technical characteristics of the frequency converter of the charging car and two kinds of work method which the charging and the traveling are not synchronized, the operating mode of a frequency converter of the original charging car equipped with four screw feed motors and two travelling frequency converter was reformed into one converter driving two motors which are both the spiral-charging motor and the traveling motor. The mode can ensure normal charging operation and stable coke oven production, the cost can be saved more than 30 thousand RMB and the economic benefit is remarkable.
