Through having the 40 kg coke oven test , based on the gelatinous layer and the mesophase theory, the influencing factors of the coke reactivity ( CRI ) and strength after reaction(CSR) were identified by kinetic analysis, the parameters of coal were screened and simplified, and a forecast model of CRI and CSR of coke was established.The results showed that the primary factor affecting CRI and CSR was metamorphic grade of coal , K and Ca on coke reactivity had an obvious catalysis among which the catalysis of K was 18 times of Ca,the CRI and CSR had a significant negative correlation relationship, CSR was largely influenced by coal caking index( G ), the reactive component and inert component content related to ΔT, and they could influence G value.The research can be used to guide coal blending for coking production.
