In order to solve problems of coal mine safety production threatened by self mining goaf water, 2162 working face coal roadway of Xi’an Mine was taken as applied research background and no pressure water technology was adopted. As a result, goaf water and excavation roadway were subsided as 60 290m3 and 200m respectively, which realized safe and efficient production, and provided successful cases to new technology to mine water control. Its using technology design, measures, achieved technical parameters and experiences of no pressure water technology had a great reference significance to solve similar problems.
