In the piedmont area or shallow gravel covering developed area, how to get a higher noise ratio signal of seismic data currently challenged coalfield seismic. As it was difficult to form explosive source into a hole and so was getting a good field for the production of the original seismic data, and the large tonnage vibrator owned the advantages of large energy, technical parameters accurately controlled and focal high consistency, which made up the lack of such dynamite source region. Based on application effect analysis of different tonnage vibrator in the adjacent block mining exploration, the thesis illustrated that only using big tonnage vibrator can get high quality seismic data in similar exploration area.
