Based on study of temporal and spatial distribution of PM2.5 in Shijiazhuang area, some basic data have be provided for the haze management. According to the hourly average and daily average concentration of PM2.5 from automatic air monitoring stations in each district were analyzed and county in Shijiazhuang, the temporal and spatial distribution and forming factors of PM2.5 of Shijiazhuang were analyzed. The results show that the concentration of PM2.5 is high in winter and low in summer, wherein the average concentration of PM2.5 during heating period is 135 μg / m3, and is 75 μg / m3 in non-heating period; in 2014, the number of heavy pollution days of Shijiazhuang is 66, wherein the days of heavy pollution in winter / fall / spring / summer are respectively accounted for 51.5%, 25.8%, 18.2% and 4.5%; dust and particulates generated by biomass combustion are difficult to diffuse and dilute because the inversion layer often forms is the main causes of heavy pollution weather in fall and winter. The short-term fluctuation of PM2.5 concentration is affected by human period activities and weather changes greatly; the PM2.5 concentration of Western Mountain is the lowest in Shijiazhuang and the PM2.5 concentration of central region is the highest, besides the PM2.5 concentration of downtown area is lower than surrounding area.
