Through the site observation, the 81003 fully mechanized caving face gas emission law was mastered, the governance of adjacent layers of and goaf gas were the key to the working face gas management. The high level borehole drainage technology was proposed to control gas in 81003 working face, and the gas drainage borehole layout and drilling technical parameters were set according to the actual situation of working face. According to gas drainage effect, gas drainage effect of high drilling in 81003 working face was good, which could guarantee the safety and high efficient of the 81003 working face.
