In order to study Spontaneous combustion oxidation characteristics of coal in Linnancang Mine, 8 types of representative coal samples were got from different coal seam, different mining area, spontaneous combustion tendency and Temperature simulation oxidation of coal were tested. The experiment result showed that the 8 coal samples belongs to Ⅰ class easily spontaneous combustion and Ⅱ class spontaneous combustion, with high spontaneous combustion risk. Coal in the mine is with strong oxidizing capacity, along with CO. Based on gas flow from coal low temperature oxidation process and changing rule of the gas concentration, spontaneous combustion oxidiation is divided to slow oxidation, accelerating oxidation and fierce oxidation, temperature range was settled, which provided reference for guiding prevention and control of coal seam spontaneous combustion fire disaster.
