Based on mining machine got load impact from coal and waste rock, and influenced by coal dust, dust and water, the control system transformed from  traditional contactor and relay as element to PLC combined with frequency converter. The system could better adapt to the poor working environment of mining machine and improve the reliability of the machine. Electromagnetic interference to system was analyzed, the anti-interference measures were put forward. The practice showed that PLC control system could improve the automation of the equipment, ensure the reliability and service life of mining machine.
