In order to ensure the normal mining replacing the first mining area, based on experience of shaft pit rapid construction technology, short digging and short masonry mixing work, coordinated with comprehensive mechanized operation, middle deep hole blasting and glaze blasting technology was applied, the overall metal template bricked the wall, grouting after the wall in time, improved the working conditions, with rolling system labor organization. Construction progress achieved more than 100 m in continuous three months, which effective guaranteed wellbore construction speed, ensured the normal replacement of mine working face.
