Development and application of integrated intelligent pulping equipment based on PLC

In order to solve the problems of traditional pulping machines, such as scattered equipment, cumbersome installation, low pulping efficiency, insufficient reserve, semi-automatic and lack of monitoring system, this paper carried out the research and development of integrated intelligent pulping equipment. By planning the system structure of integrated intelligent pulping equipment, optimizing the mechanical and electrical control design of the equipment, the integrated intelligent pulping equipment was developed. The indoor test simulation and field application feedback show that the equipment solves a series of problems of the traditional pulping machine with the help of automation and intelligent programs, improves the pulping efficiency, reduces the production cost, reduces the manual operation, and reduces the environmental pollution.
