Numerical simulation study on failure characteristics of support and surrounding rock under mixed support mode

为研究混合支护条件下支架与围岩的破坏特征,以赵固一矿11002工作面为背景,采用3DEC数值模型,建立底分层及煤柱区域联合开采模型。研究表明,顶分层开采后,在顶分层工作面两侧的煤柱附近,采动围岩体变形破坏比较严重;当底分层开采进入末段,与煤柱区域交叉,工作面推进至84 m 、88 m时,工作面开采过程中应防止由于该区域顶板垮断不及时导致支架压力上升。研究结果为复杂地质条件下混合支护工艺优化及灾害防控提供了理论依据。
In order to study the failure characteristics of support and surrounding rock under the condition of mixed support, No.11002 Face of Zhaogu No.1 Coal Mine was taken as the background, the 3DEC numerical model was used to establish the combined mining model of bottom layer and coal pillar area. The research showed that after the top slicing mining, the deformation and failure of the mining surrounding rock mass near the coal pillars on both sides of the top slicing working face were more serious; When the bottom slicing mining entered the intersection area of the end section and the coal pillar area, the working face advanced to 84 m and 88 m. During the mining process of the working face, the support pressure should be prevented from rising due to the untimely roof collapse in this area. The research results provided a theoretical basis for the optimization of mixed support process and disaster prevention and control under complex geological conditions.
