In order to optimize the support condition of No.4302 Face in Xiaozhuang Mine, the reasonable roadway model was established by analyzing the hydrogeological conditions of the working face and applying the dynamic monitoring method of roof separation. Combined with the simulation analysis of FLAC3D software, the following conclusions were obtained: ①The variation laws of the support stress at the top and side of the roadway with the bolt preload, bolt length and bolt density; ②Under the condition of meeting the safety support of roadway, the optimized support parameters and the maximum compressive stress of the top and side of roadway were obtained.
