In the past, the emulsion pump station in the conventional mining face used the method of artificial liquid preparation. There are many problems in the use process, mainly the quality of liquid preparation is not up to standard, which cannot meet the rapid liquid supply demand of the intelligent filling mining face. Through the application of SAP remote centralized intelligent integrated liquid supply system in working face, the automatic liquid distribution of emulsion is realized, which not only solves the problem of rapid follow-up of filling hydraulic support, but also reduces the labor intensity and power consumption of pump station operation and maintenance personnel, and improves the service life of pump station operation.
