Abstract:The mine water treatment in Area B of Kailuan (Group) Tangshan Mining Branch is a universal and efficient treatment process. In this paper, the mine water is purified by using a high-density clarifier+V-type filter to reach the “ urban miscellaneous water quality standard ”(GB/T18920-2002) and overflowed to the natural water body of Nanhu Lake. The ultrafiltration process is used for advanced treatment to reach the “ sanitary standard of drinking water”(GB5749-2006) as the production and domestic water. After passing through the concentration tank, the coal slime enters the plate and frame filter press in the dehydration room and is sold after dehydration. The stable operation shows that the effluent quality of this process is stable, and the operation cost is low. The reclaimed water and coal slime have certain economic value, and the engineering example has a certain application prospect.
